Training schedule for students


Junior Classes are designed for 5 – 8 year old children, Combined Classes are aimed at a mixed age range starting from 7 years old to adult, and Senior Classes are designed for adults. Junior students are welcome to attend Saturday classes at Clayton and Ashburton.

Individual and Group Private Lessons are also available (further information available from

Black Belt Training is held on Saturdays from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm at Clayton. The schedule for Black Belt training (including conditioning classes and Fight Night) is available from Master Cariotis.

YMCA Ashburton Pool & Recreation Centre
